Terms of Use

By using the "School Match" app and platform, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

1. Eligibility

The service is intended for parents and school teams (administrators, bus supervisors, class supervisors). You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Children cannot register directly — they are enrolled by the parent or the school.

2. Account & Responsibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your OTP login codes confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Permitted Use

  • Use the app only for purposes related to managing student transportation and attendance.
  • Respect the privacy of others — do not photograph or publish the data of other students or children.
  • Unauthorized access, attempts to compromise the system, or service disruption are prohibited.
  • Use of the app for any illegal activity is prohibited.

4. Subscription & Payments

The subscription pays for an actual physical school transportation service provided by the partner school. In accordance with Apple Guideline 3.1.3(e), the service uses Stripe for card payments, manual bank transfer, and cash payment depending on availability in your country. The subscription does not unlock digital features inside the app — the app itself is free. Subscription fees are non-refundable after the service period begins, except where required by law or school policy.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service, but it may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, internet outages, or events beyond our control. We do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage in early releases.

6. Data & Privacy

Use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy (schoolmatchglobal.com/privacy). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

7. Limitation of Liability

School Match is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur during the actual school trip — that is the responsibility of the school and the carrier. The app is an informational tool only. We do not guarantee 100% location data accuracy in exceptional technical conditions.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. You may terminate your account at any time via "Delete Account" inside the app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in Riyadh.
