How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Profile → Delete Account → type "DELETE" (or "حذف") to confirm. Your data will be deleted immediately.

I didn't receive the OTP code, what do I do?

Make sure your phone number is registered with the school. The code is delivered via WhatsApp or SMS. If it does not arrive within a minute, press "Resend Code".

How do I change my password?

Open Profile → Change Password. The default password for parents imported by the school is the phone number.

How do I upload a bank transfer receipt?

Open the student page → tap "Pay Subscription" → choose "Bank Transfer" → attach the receipt image.
